About the Position

Our client is in an exciting expansion phase within coating and industrial painting. We are now looking for skilled industrial painters who want to develop in their role and contribute to high-quality products. The position is full-time and offers the opportunity to work with varied tasks in a safe and professional environment.

What the Role Involves

As an industrial painter, you will be responsible for preparing and applying paint with precision and efficiency, ensuring that the work meets both internal and external quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing surfaces for painting according to established protocols
Applying paint and decorative finishes to parts, assembled structures, and larger units
Preparing surfaces with manual and electric sanding tools
Mixing paint according to manufacturer specifications
Applying paint and primer using spray guns, brushes, or rollers
Ensuring that paint is measured, weighed, and mixed correctly
Performing spot repairs and rework as needed
Following safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, we see that you have:

At least 2 years of experience in painting or bodywork
Experience working with tools for painting and bodywork
Good teamwork skills and communication
Flexible and interested in developing tasks within assembly and production
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

Experience in fiberglass work
